Angharad George-Carey

Angharad George-Carey is a writer, podcaster and producer.

Angharad is the creator and host of the acclaimed podcast DADDY ISSUES, a series of candid, in-depth conversations with public and cultural figures exploring the lasting effects of parental loss and absence. The podcast received widespread critical recognition, with features in Vogue, The Financial Times, Dazed, i newspaper’s ‘Top 50 Podcasts to Listen to Now’, Blow Out Magazine, and Jameela Jamil’s platform, I Weigh.

In 2026, Angharad returned to podcasting with her new series S.I.N.S., an ambitious interview series with guests including Anna Chancellor, Hanif Kufeishi and Anthony Scaramucci. The series continues her signature exploration of her guests’ inner worlds, vulnerabilities and personal mythologies. 

For the screen, Angharad is currently developing an original television series with the BAFTA-winning production company Two Brothers Pictures, as well as her first feature documentary THE ACCIDENT, produced with the Emmy and BAFTA award-winning Story Films. 

Alongside her screen work, she is writing her debut non-fiction book, forthcoming from Hodder & Stoughton.

Angharad develops projects for film, television and media through her production company Three Dragons Productions.
