Matthew Devlin

Matthew Devlin is a British actor hailing from Liverpool.

Matthew’s screen credits include ‘Owen Jones’ in the BAFTA award-winning series LITTLE BOY BLUE (2017, ITV) alongside Stephen Graham, and ‘Andy Duncan’ in the BAFTA nominated series ANNE (2022, ITV) opposite Maxine Peake. He currently stars as ‘Kieron’ across all three seasons of the BAFTA-nominated comedy G’WED for ITV and Disney+.

Matthew made his stage debut as ‘Rubin’ in FADE at The Lowrey and Leeds Playhouse in 2024, before going on to star alongside Peter Mullan as ‘Kevin Keegan’ in RED OR DEAD at Liverpool’s Royal Court in 2025.

In 2026, Matthew stars in the short film LONELIER THAN LOVE (BFI/Oxygen Films) directed by Em J Gilbertson and written by Felix Mufti, which had it’s world premiere in the Official Selection BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival.

For radio, his work includes BBC Radio Drama on 4’s MOUTH in 2024 and SAGA in 2023.

Matthew is a professionally trained and highly skilled boxer and martial artist, including in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and MMA wrestling. He is a skilled guitar player and singer. 

Matthew trained at Rose Bruford College, where he graduated in 2023.
